I work with locally owned small to mid-sized organizations that rely on data but don’t always have the time or internal resources to slow down and make sense of it.

Many of the leaders I work with are wearing multiple hats. They’re making decisions about growth, spend, and priorities, often with incomplete or conflicting information. My role is to step back, review what’s in place, and help bring structure and clarity to goals so decisions feel grounded and manageable.

My approach is thoughtful and practical. I focus on independent review, decision guidance, and clear next steps. When it’s helpful, I’m comfortable getting hands-on to untangle issues or validate approaches, while remaining intentional about what’s actually needed to move forward.

A core part of my work is helping leaders build confidence and understanding around their data, so they’re better equipped to make decisions independently over time. The goal isn’t ongoing reliance - it’s lasting perspective for you and your business.
